Positive and optimistic people lead healthier lifestyles – they get more exercise, have a better diet and cope with stressful situations far more easily than negative thinkers. Positive thinking does not mean that you stick your head in the sand and pretend an unpleasant situation does not exist. Instead, you deal with it by focusing on the best possible outcomes.
